What kind of bantam is this?

He is a free tc chick. He and the five we got at that time were tthe last of the crop. No one wanted and we're getting weak. Peepers was the worst of them, the one we were sure would die. But ended up being the two survivors with the cost of his hearing. We expect his growth at least to be stunted.

Peepers looks like a Japanese Black Bantam to me.
Very similar to my Dutch Black Bantam -- only mine little fella has white ears and shorter legs.

He's about 18-20 weeks here.

Dutch: White ear lobes, short legs.
