What kind of bantam is this?

ginger OEGB x golden sebright...

would explain the white legs, short tail, rose comb, patterned color...

edit: i just tried it on the chicken calculator (been on it for two days straight!)... RIR (ginger OEGB) crossed with golden sebright hen will give you "black patterned red incomplete halfspangled?"... so i might be right for the coloring... and the sebright genetics could prove it as well..

what other bantams do you have...? breed it with a golden duckwing hen OEGB and see what you get... if you get a BUNCH of different patterned birds like pencils, laced, birchen, half spangled, and gold colored off spring then you know there's sebright in there...

The hen in the first picture, is she a Large fowl? (She looks like a Production Breed) If so that rooster is no bantam..
I would say that he is a American Gamefowl Cross.

Sebrights also have hen-feathering so this rooster's saddle/hackle feathers wouldn't be as pointed if it were part Sebright.

if the roo was a sebright and the hen a ginger OEGB, the roo's wouldn't come out hen feathered... like many sebright mixes, they will have long hackle/saddle feathers and normal tails...

these aren't my pics, and this guy is selling these mixed birds on ebay... the mom is silver sebright, father was a columbian roo... they're huge birds bigger than OEGB, long hackles, and non hen feathered tails... you can also see in the picture of a single comb...

Has white legs, Wyandottes have yellow.

I think a cross......GLW and something with pearl/white legs (if not direct then in the background), but I would guess (just a guess) half and half (half yellow [GLW] and half white leg).

Yes the hen is a Red-Sex link. We also bought a hen with the roo, they both have the body structure of rosecomb Nankin. Their color is what's throwing us off. Oh well they are both very beautiful birds, I guess everyone needs a couple of unknown birds!! lol thanks for everyone's help and info
