What kind of bantam is this...

I have two 3 week old bantam chicks I got from TSC. I am only posting photos of one chicks, but they look the same. What kind are they? Any guesses at the gender?

She looks like a Black Breasted Red Old English Game Bantam.

Also, you said 'she'.... any reason you think it is a female? I would love both of them to be, but they were in the straight run bin.

You can't tell from the photo, but the wing feathers are a bit more curly, or twirly than my Red Sexlinks, will that stay?

I usually call all unknown chicks "she", but right now I'm leaning towards cockerel because of the thick legs and comb.But she/he's still young, so it might change.
As for the curly fathers, she might just have have a mild case of frizzling. Sometimes chicks grow with a few curled feathers that fall out eventually too.
