What kind of bantams?

Just wondering what breed of bantams these are the one is an obvious rooster but not sure about the fluffy footed one

The top one is an old English game bantam, but the coloring doesn't really match any standard variety I'm aware of. So wait and see how he looks with adult plumage.

The bottom is a partridge Cochin pullet.
