Green legs single comb ..not sure about under feet will have to look tomorrow

I believe every once in a while an EE will do that beings that they are mixed, they can switch traits as they age, it is kind of rare though

Iv'e actually have had EE chicks, that had the beard/muffs and as they aged they disappeared
