What kind of breed this lady is?

Got 5 of them as chicks from the hatchery with bunch of roosters. They were considered a heavy barnyards. First, I thought is was Cherry Egger, then Production Red. Still cannot figure it out. Any ideas? Thanks.

What hatchery did you get them from? They look like they could be hatchery-quality New Hampshires. Or, they may be Production Reds.

I called hatchery and asked them, they tolled me to look under heavy breeds and brown egg layers. I got them from Cackle Hatchery in MO.

Based on the chestnut color and the black feathering in the tail, I would say that it is a hatchery quality New Hampshire.

Looks like the picture Cackle has on their site of the New Hampshire red.
Not a bad looking bird IMO.
