What kind of chick am I?

They are yellow chicks, three weeks old, and eat like CRAZY!!! They are very solid birds, I'm not sure what kind of chicks they are...

Cornish x rock? That's a meat bird that won't live past the age of four months probably, if it even makes it there.

x2 on the CornishX, sorry they get really big really fast and might live for a couple of months if you severely ration their feed.

Ahhhh, and what exactly happens after a few months? They croak over and die??

Folks use these birds to butcher? Feed them good, then eat them?

They have heart attacks I do believe.

heart attacks, broken legs, heat stroke in the hot summer weather. They are the best for meat though. I butchered mine at 8 wks but shouldn't have waited that long. They got up to 12-15 lbs and one big male had a heat stroke the day before butchering
