What kind of chick do i have?

got this girl at a fle market for 3 bucks, well my sister did but couldnt have it anymore so i took over and now i found a new hobby, but i was wondering what breed she is

I just wanted to let you know that its toes are seriously jacked up and need help.

It's too late to correct the toes. That needs done immediately after hatching when the bones are still soft. At this point it would be a painful and long experience. And besides, crooked toes never seem to bother my birds.
