What kind of chick is this?

I have one rooster, a barred rock. And four hens, three are Rhode island reds and one is a black australorp. I hatched 13 chicks. 12 are black with white spots on their heads like a barred rock but one is white with black spots? Is this chick a result of the australorp? If so does anyone know what it will mature to look like? She was born star gazing (a crooked neck) but she healed herself completely. Im quite fond of this little one. Thanks for any help!
