You folks know your chicks! Wow! I am still a little new at the breeds and was intrigued by this chick. She is very needy. She wants to be with me more than her sisters. She is constantly trying to get out of her nice heated area to come and sit on me! (I mean I guess my lap is heated.) I have never met a chick that wanted such human companionship. Is that typical of this breed? If so, I may want a few more of them.

Yes the hens can be quite friendly

I haven't kept a rooster long enough to see if they are very friendly or not.
