What kind of chicken and hen or rooster?

This little guy/girl was left on the door step on a local pet store and was given to me when I went to get super worms for my silky girls. Can you tell me what you think he (but hopefully she) is? Also, any way to tell yet what the sex is? I got the lil peep about a month ago and the local feed store guessed it was about a week old at that point. Hot Wing, her/his name now , is getting along with my girls now but was getting pecked at when I first put them together. Any thoughts?? Thanks!

Ok, I see the resemblance to both Americauna and Buttercup chicks. I am stoked about having either one! And everyone thinks its a she! How exciting! Thanks everyone for your input!!!
