What kind of chicken do you like the most of these...?

I voted Barred Rock, based on personality. I've got one RIR and three BR's. My RIR is a big, beautiful bird, but a bit stand offish. She is bossy around my other five hens, but since she is head hen, that is probably a good thing. My Barred Rocks are a hoot. Three totally different personalities, but they are all very entertaining. Egg-wise, I would say they are about equal.
