I have 3 gals in my little backyard flock. Love them! Got them in August and was told they were 12 weeks old. They are each 3 different breeds mixed with Easter egger, making them all Easter eggers?
I’m trying to figure out what breed my brown one is. The farm had Polish and Houdan (with the fluffy head), so must be one of those 2? Any guesses? I want to know when she’ll start laying! Her ears are a weird greenish color and she has gray/blue legs...
She is pretty timid, and 30 weeks old. Her face is starting to turn more red, and she doesn’t have much of a tail, but has been losing a couple feathers around her tail here and there since we got her in August. No lice. The other 2 girls are fine, though the only one laying is my Salmon Favorelle cross. The Americauna mix isn’t laying yet either!
