What kind of chicken is she?

Blue Wyandotte is most likely.

Bought from where?
Agreed. Rose comb, bare legs, loose feathering...or a backyard mix. I have a lot of that coloration in my flock from 1 single blue cuckoo marans grandma hen (our main rooster is her son and his dad is a black copper marans)

looking at the body shape again, Wyandotte. Short upright tail, that typical Wyandotte super fluffy bum, an overall more round shape.

That's what I thought, but I have had a couple hatchery "black austrolorps" that had some funny combs, like not quite single comb, but not quite pea comb... has anybody else ever gotten something like that? I thought maybe they were mostly black australorps that were poorly bred, but maybe they were a different breed? We always referred to them as vulture chickens 😂
Black Australorps should never have a pea or a rose comb.

They were another breed entirely.
