What kind of chicken is this?

A friend sent me this picture & before I tell her, I'd love to have confirmation from some experts!

Good enough to confirm what I knew. I just hatched some adorable bantam blue wheaten Ameraucana eggs from a reputable breeder, and she sent me that picture saying she didnt need any of my extra hatch because she already got some Ameraucanas. She drove 100 miles for them & paid big bucks too...

Too bad she was a victim of deception (or possibly even the supplier didn't realize). The fact she went the extra mile to obtain them makes things even worse. Easter Eggers are wonderful, but not under those circumstances. I'm so sorry.

On a brighter note, enjoy your babies! I love my bantam Ameraucanas, as I'm sure you do also.
