What kind of Chicken?

This black chicken with a white speck on its feather is supposed to be silver laced Wyandotte but I'm thinking it's not. Can anyone tell me what it might be?? About 6 weeks old

It was labeled silver laced but I knew it couldn't be because of its coloring. She's very friendly.

Breed standards somewhat go out the window with production bred birds from hatcheries, etc -- was this bird hatchery/retail store sourced? With production birds there is not the same careful selection and culling of breeding stock to maintain the SOP as you would see in exhibition lines.
