Yes, they do not always cooperate.
With the pink feet and single comb I am leaning either orpington or sussex. Possibly an orpington or sussex mix.
Please post again when this little cutie has feathered out more.

She probably won’t keep it, since it’s a juvenile pattern.

Here’s a pic of my New Hampshire chick, about 2 weeks old for comparison. (Obviously the one on the right).

She has a lighter head like that (sorry this pic was taken when it was dark).

One more in the light:

I think they look very similar. But my knowledge is limited to the breeds I have! Yours looks like it has a lighter head, but mine was light like that & just started turning more orangey.
