Looks like a Isabrown(red/gold sexlink) hen to me, around here the hens from 9 out of 10 farms look like that all year around because they rip eachothers feathers out and pluck eachother bald. That one is acctually "well" feathered for what I see lots around here. Got a couple hens from a farm that had a handful of wingfeathers and maybe a handful under the wings other then that totally nacked.
