what kind of chickens are these ?

last feb our neighbor told my husband that one of her girls was going to hatch some eggs for her 4-h project so he bought 32 eggs on ebay and 12 hatched. of the 12 four were hens and we have been wondering what kind of chickens they are. can anyone help us out there ?

Okay, the black one is definately a black minorca. The one in the last pictures could be an EE mix but, she doesn't have a beard so I don't know for sure. The other two could be Old English Game.
