What kind of Cochins are these? New comb pics

They are not cochins

I bet on brahma.

Perhaps, the woman you got them passed off some Brahma/Cochin crosses? After all, they were packing peanuts, maybe because the hatchery knew they had a goof up? I would say a Dark Brahma/Silver Laced Cochin cross.
Actually, if you look at the feather coloring, I would immediately go with a White Laced something. But the head and comb are more Brahma-ish unnless they are actually pullets. I have never seen a Brahma with coloring that was that off. The body is not of the Cochin type either, it lacks that poofy feathering around the thigh.
Keep taking pictures and when they have mature feathers, show us what you have.

I tried to get a good look at their combs. I think they look more like pea's than singles, but I am not good with combs! I will try to get a good pic this evening, but we have horrible weather today. I looked closer at them and they really don't look very "cochin-ish". I have a few bantam cochins these are just built differently. I may have to wait till they grow up to find out. If they turn out to be brahmas, my 2 light brahma hens will be happy.

Here are some pics of their combs--I still can't tell what kind they are. I need some more experinced chicken owners to help out!

Yep, the pea comb says it all - Dark Brahma. But, if they indeed are mixes, then then they would have Pea combs and carry the single comb gene, as single comb is recessive to any other comb type.
