What kind of ducks??

Should be hatching on Easter. Didn't realize that until today! Hopefully all goes well. I will post pics when I candle around day 7!

Yes. I checked one and it had a clear bullseye. My ducks just lay them whereever, I find them all over. The creek bank and in the creek. I have collected 7and set them yesterday. I'm excited!

You do realithe that any you collected from "in the creek" are very unlikely to hatch and could well become exploders. The egg is approximately 102 (body temp) when expelled from the body, water temps are probably in the 40s. During the rapid cooling, water and bacteria will be drawn into the egg through the pores. When incubated those bacteria will grow quickly.

I did not put the ones from the creek in the incubator. I actually cracked those open to check on fertility. Thanks though!
