This egg was laid today by one of my pullets and I’ve never seen it before. So my question is will an egg like this ever hatch? And what cause this king of egg

Short answer: weird eggs happen sometimes, especially with new layers. Nothing to worry about.

Longer answer:

For tiny eggs like that, sometimes they have no yolk, but sometimes they have a proper yolk and white and they're just tiny.

If there is no yolk, it will not be able to hatch.

If it has a yolk and white, it might be able to hatch (although the chick would be pretty tiny when it hatches!)

The ones with no yolk are caused by some sort of glitch in the hen's system--just a blob of egg white with a shell around it.

I don't know what causes the ones with tiny yolk but everything properly proportioned. Maybe the yolk just stops maturing at a smaller size than usual.
