What kind of goose is this

So we've been mostly a chicken and duck farm here in SC. My dear mother in law went to our local feed and seed store and came home with what she called it " A funny looking duck". Well it turns out to be a goose and she/he/ IT will follow me around the field and we have to say we kind of have grown to love it. But we cant figure out/ have no knowledge of geese breeds. So I need help figuring out its breed and maybe the sex of it.

From what I can see, it might be a toulouse.

Send your mother-in-law back for another one - you always need at least two geese.
