They are usually monogamous, as in they usually choose a mate for life, but I have heard of people seeing Canadian and domestic geese mating. It usually happens when a domestic goose is released into the wild at a local pond or lake and it decides to join a flock of Canadian geese. They are monogamous I thought..

Also, could be a crossbred with domestic.This white goose just appeared out of no where at this one lake I always go to.. I'm not sure what kind he is but he was just swimming along with all the canada geese.
