Based on all the votes, it sounds like she's probably a Black Sex Link! Good to know! I hope this might help others identify their TSC "Marans" too.

In the background of the pic, there's another one of my hens - Bertha. I'm pretty sure she's a Black Sex Link (she was sold that way). Anyway, she and Frenchie looked VERY similar as chicks. Sometimes they were hard to tell apart before they started getting feathers. So it makes sense to me that they might be the same breed.

I literally moved house so that I could get chickens, so I'm just glad to finally have a small flock! I'm happy with the hens I got regardless of the breed. I just recently started getting blue eggs from my TSC Easter Egger, so I have a nice egg basket (beige, brown and blue) which is what I was hoping for.
