What kind of hen is this?

I thought it might be a RIR but it doesn't have the black flecks through the feathers. It does have a black tail though.
I also thought about new hampshire red and production red but I want the opinion of everyone else. Also the white spot on her side is where some feathers were picked out.

She looks exactly like the Production Reds I bought at TSC last year.
