I bought these two laying hens at TSC and thought they were golden comets but I honestly have no clue. This picture was at a week old and they are 2 and like a half weeks now but it's the only picture I have right now. I'll take a new one in the morning but the chicks now have more black feathers growing around it's neck. Help me out if you can

I honestly don't have a clue, but this is exactly the way my peeps looked. (Mystery breed fertile eggs) , with the patterning on its feathers and neck, did you say?
Look above in the same category as this, and find 'what breed rooster (chicken) is this?' And thats what mine turned out like...
Hmmm.... :/ :D

Amber Links are a type of Red Sex Link since amber is a shade of red. The hatcheries just name their RSL's with special names to differentiate them from RSL's from other hatcheries. Red Sex Link, Amber link..really just semantics.
<<<<<<<<< Both are Red Sex Links.

Most of the time people call their golden comets or red stars red sex links so I started thinking that RSLs were just another cross. Lol
