⠀ What kind of meat can chickens eat

A chicken will eat most anything but I always cook it because bacteria can grow quickly on raw meat.

When we are fortunate enough to have lobster, we give the head, innards and shells to the chickens. The next day the eggs taste like lobster and make a great quiche!

First, chickens may be omnivores but that does't mean that they SHOULD eat anything they want. I myself would never feed my birds any animal protein or animal protein by-products, other than what's already in the poultry feeds and even then I only by those when necessary. Feeding animal proteins, raw or cooked is just a recipe for problems later down the road, whether it be BSE like what showed up in cows or something completely different. Keep in mind too, if you have an allergy to a certain animal protein, like that comes from seafood, feed them such will produce a product, whether meat or eggs of comparable type, i.e. lobster in lobster out.
Plus, why would you want to feed a filter animal to a non-filter animal? I.e. shellfish or pork.
