What kind of nest for mallard hens?

I have a mallard hen who is starting to mate and is old enough to lay. What kind of nests do yall offer to your mallards. I know my muscovies use a doghouse and my pekins lay just about anywhere.

I set up a nice fluffy pile of straw in the house, and a dishpan full of shavings in the pen. They still lay in the mud.
