What kind of pet birds can live here?

Now that im not going to use this raised cage for chickens anymore, im wondering if i could put some birds in it? I like doves, lovebirds, and pigeons.

Lovebirds are from tropical environments so they would need a heater in the winter.

And from what I've seen they're expensive.
