What Kind OF Pigeon Is This?

My cousin gave me a pair of pigeons that look just like this... only thing ...the pair he gave me they both are all white with a gray strip on there wings with a black strip in the middle of the gray strip

but i just found this pics online of a pigeon that looks just like the 2 i am getting... it's just not the same color

Do you know what breed this is?

Looks like a tumbler, maybe a russia or Komorner. does it have feather leggs??

Looks like my helmits except they have white bodies w/beige head. other than colors reversed, look the same.
