What kind of polish chi me is this?

The face is 1/2 black and 1/2 white

Looks like a Black White Crested Polish.

That is what I thought but the white chest doesn't fit with any photos I've seen..

I agree it looks like a white crested black. I have a couple of these and they are real characters

Might just be a blip in the colouring untill it's fully feathered.

I agree. Other than the chest it looks just like a White Crested Black
