what kind of predators are in Tomball, TX

Hey guys i am moving from Houston, TX to Tomball, TX and i finally get to raise chickens i am so excited but the only thing i am worried about are the predators if you guys live in Tomball could you please tell me what types of predators are there and how do you get rid of them.

I don't live in Texas, but chances are you'd have all the standard predators like raccoons, coyotes, weasels, skunks, neighbor's dogs, owls, etc. No matter what, you'll never "get rid of them", and when you build your coop, you'll have to build it so no matter what comes, it will be kept out.
