What kind of quail should I get?

in my country, many various recipes to cook quail eggs, but always boiled at first. Then added to recipes. Such satai, soup, spicy eggs, center of meat ball and many more.

1 more question can quail and chickens stay together? And 1 more how do u eat quail eggs? Do u scramble them hard boil them etc
Yes, they can live together, it's less of a temperament issue as it is over diseases, chickens and quail diseases can pass between each other VERY easily. Eating egg, i boil Coturnix eggs and make omelette out of button eggs (takes quite a bit of eggs, around 6 is one chicken egg).

I feed the quail the shells of their own eggs, they love it.

you should get japanese quail: they are hardy birds, they are good egg layers, and you can handle them.
