most likely a mixed breed, especially if this bird is in US. his leg feathering is very typical of a cross between clean leg & feather leg.
could be something like brahma x new hampshire or production red.

pea. when in doubt, look at wattles. pea and leg feathering is why I suspect brahma crossed with somehting. that long body and tail reminds me of new hampshires.
