He looks like a red sex link rooster to me. Could also just be a mix, who knows. He would throw nice layers and eating birds, if you were so inclined, from the looks of him. Or, invite him to dinner!

The red sexlink roosters I have seen, which is few, don't tend to have that much red to the body. I have a rooster who looks llike this, his parents where a cornish cross meat rooster x to a buff orpington hen.

I think you're at a loss to know exactly which breed he is, but he's pretty and he looks nice size so you could keep him as an ornament or as dinner your choice.
