What kind of rooster is this??

This rooster just showed up in my yard the other day and I am having trouble finding out what kind he is.None of my neighbors have any chickens. Thank for your help in advance

Is there a way you can get a better picture? It's defiantly black hahaha...ummm austrolorp maybe? Or a black....hard to tell in the pic

Hmmm my guess would be possibly a Rhode Island Red Cross...I've crossed my red rooster with a few different breeds and they all get the red color on the neck and chest....hopefully someone else would have a better idea. I've honestly never seen one like that before..sorry I'm not much help.
