What kind of rooster is this?

He's very handsome... he's been roaming the backyards in my area all day. I kept getting phone calls from neighbors telling me I had a rooster out, but mine are locked up tight!

Poor guy, I have a feeling someone dumped him. There are several other chicken owners on my street but I believe they all would have come looking for him if he was one of theirs and I don't think anyone free ranges because of the bald eagles. I hope he found a safe place to sleep and maybe I'll catch him tomorrow if no one else has.
