What kind of rooster is this ?

Hi everyone,

I'm French and I know nothing about British poultry. I'm trying to identify a rooster (is it really a rooster, I'm not even sure) to help a friend of mine so I thought you would be able to help us.

I'm sorry I cannot provide any other element to help identifying it , it is the only picture I've got, but I thought you could maybe make a guess with it

Well. Yes, it's a cockerel (rooster under 1 year of age)...um...

WOW...do you know if it's a bantam bird or a standard???

Thanks for your reply. Well, it looks pretty small to me but it is hard to say on a pic. If I had to make a guess I would have said it is a crossbred between a black Ardennais with silver neck and a bantam. Is that possible ?
