What kind of Roosters are known for being nice?

Breed mostly doesn't matter.
It mostly depends on the individual bird, the keepers behaviors, and sometimes flock dynamics and housing.

Only nice rooster I ever had was a partridge bantam Cochin - he wasn’t cuddly, but wasn’t aggressive either. He kept to himself and loved his girls.
