This first Rooster is short in stature and has a single comb that splits into two in the back. I would think he is a mix of two breeds but I'm not sure which.

This second Rooster is a tall bird, with purple and green coloring in the black and feathers growing out under is eyes and beak, looking like they will be quite long.
I was told he was going to be Polish, but obviously that isn't true.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

but to answer that question no they dont split but he might have marans mixed in him as well

I thought the first was mixed with Maran, as I have two black copper maran hens, but was questioning it because of the split comb.

And the second, I honestly have no idea. It is quite obvious that the person I got chicks from, although sounded wonderfully knowledgable, had no idea what he actually had....

Thank you all for your help.

Your first one with the split comb may be a Buttercup cross as they have a comb that splits into two making it like a cup or crown.
