Hi everyone, bought 4yds of sand for the opened pen that I have. The guineas on one side are easy to keep clean. I just take a kitty pooper scooper, attached to a stick with duck tape and it works great! Someone here had suggested it. Great advise! Now the ducks. How do you clean the sand with ducks? I do leave water on their side for them. The water is in a kitty box, and yes they do go in it. They eat the sand, drink the water, make a mess. I put the water on top of some big rubber mats, but their water is filled with sand and the water is gone. My question is how do I keep it clean and what can I use for their water instead of kitty box?
