what kind of wheat and where to buy (for my geese)

I read about adding wheat to their diet, especially now that it's winter. I don't see it for sale in the feed stores near me. Online I found
"Hard Red Winter Wheat Berries" is this the right thing to buy? There is also "Organic, Whole Grain, Hard Red Spring Wheat" I am leaning towards buying that one.

Our feed store dost carry hole wheat eater but they will order it in from there distributor most feed stores get weekly or by weekly shipments from a grain suppler. Our feed store has been great they order us whole Barley and Wheat from the supplier they get there whole oats from. but whole oats are there favorite the barley I raise fodder for them in the winter

I bought some in a 50 lb bag today from my local feed mill. If they make custom grains you should be able to buy some. $10 I think.
