what kinda chicks are these?

i got these chicks from micmurry hatchery thay said thay are rainbow layers

Since they're an assortment and the hatchery has a few different breeds with chicks of the same/similar colors (and their chickens aren't bred to standard so you could end up getting a miscolored chicken of one breed or something), you probably won't know 'til they're grown up.
The only way to tell for sure when they're chicks is ordering chicks of specific breeds next time

The black ones look like Australorps to me and I would guess you have some EEs in there too.
