What made these tracks?

So I keep seeing these tracks in the snow... I’m thinking they’re probably made by mice but I always worry about weasels! I have never seen a weasel on my property, or at all here in Ohio for that matter, but I know we do have them so it’s always a worry in the back of my mind. The paw area of tracks are never very well defined but they’re always the two paws, pretty evenly side by side with the trails coming off the edge (if that makes sense). I made a handprint for scale. Any insight is appreciated

Hmm maybe it could be a tiny bird, but the tracks are always kinda pushed down, like something that is using more force than a bird and there’s never and little bird feet. But it’s possible! Thank you!

It’s because little birds hop along on the ground knocking snow down into the track.

Exactly. Whatever bird made it is one that hops instead of walks.
