I slept in too although I still have a dog to care for. He sleeps in pretty late thankfully

Until Jenny, my dogs have always let themselves in and out. She's a former breeder, so improperly or inadequately socialized. Insecure. Oh well. It's benefited me actually, forcing me outside several ttimes a day and making me walk. One of those "mysterious ways" in which God works, His wonders to perform!

My neighbor, who had a heart attack on December 6th, is coming home from the hospital today.

I don't know about happy, but it sure made me laugh. I was upstairs exercising with Karasu barely avoiding getting hit by my feed when I hear a pitiful meow from downstairs. I lean over the balcony edge, and there's Kage, trying to figure out how to get to me.

Picking up my grandson in St Louis for home leave for the next three weeks. He attends a Christian academy in Centralia, MO.

Won a contest on BYC. My husband is sweating bullets installing a new kitchen faucet for me. We will eat cheeseburgers with Japanese BBQ and jalapeños when he's done. Life is good, even when it's not.

Baked 3 batches of cookies - 15 dozen of Ricotta, cherry/vanilla chip, Grandma Wallace's lemon raisin cookies ( as in my grandmother)
