What made you happy today?

Getting our second batch of meatbirds processed and into the fridge.

With moderate temperatures, I got to work 4 dogs.

road trip to Oneonta with my favorite (and only) granddaughter who's almost 13. Will she want to hang with her nana when she's a teenager??? we laughed and talked the whole 2 hrs there, and sang with the radio on the way home---we both like revenge-ful girl country songs

I dug my garlic and got 59 bulbs. It's all drying on my porch now. Now I can plant kale and mangels in that bed. They can grow there until time to plant next year's garlic.

Working outside made me melt today. I came in and took a shower. AHHHHH! That feeling makes me happy too.

I have made my Fitbit step goal for 4 days in a row now.

For the little (or not so little) things in life that make you happy. I'll start with two things that made me happy today.

Today, my roommate got slushies delivered and surprised me with a cotton candy slushy.

My new company got our MSA (Master Service Agreement) and SOW (Statement of Work) from our lawyers, so we're all set legally when we sign new clients.

Today as I walked our farm I saw my 12 week old Muscovies happy and healthy, their parents, papa guarding the mama, and mama on a new clutch. I saw a Kingfisher flying around our pond, even though he steals our fish, I still think he is a fascinating bird. Then walking up to the top of our farm, I visited the goats, 2 females and 4 babies. At the top of the hill, sitting and taking in all the beauty our Creator made, I saw Toucanets and Toucans munching on the seeds in the trees above my head. Our farm is absolutely full of flora and fuana. The beauty takes my breath away and definitely puts a smile on my face.
