I can go back to 2 bottles a day, some days.Is that any good? I've heard about it but am not sureGot a lot of bottles of kombucha bottled today. 24 in this last batch.I can go back to 2 bottles a day, some days.
It's kind of fizzy. It can taste good or bad depending on what you put in it. I just avoid it because my endocrinologist told me it's not good for my thyroid. I've been in remission from Graves' disease for close to ten years now, but I'd like to keep it that way.Is that any good? I've heard about it but am not sure
Did he say why it's not good for your thyroid? Fermented food has good probiotics in it. InterestingIt's kind of fizzy. It can taste good or bad depending on what you put in it. Graves' disease is a form of hyperthyroidism. Apparently it can stimulate your metabolism, which my thyroid was already going overboard on, so, not good for me. I found out I had Graves' disease after an ambulance ride because I got off of my exercise bike one day and my heart didn't slow down. After 20 minutes of lying on the floor with my heart still running at about 140, I ended up calling 911.Did he say why it's not good for your thyroid? Fermented food has good probiotics in it. The people at the emergency room thought I was bonkers because my heart finally slowed down when I got there, but they took a bunch of blood and still thought I was faking it after my heart rate went from 60 to 180 while I was calmly thumbing through a magazine. The bloodwork showed the problem, though.
