What made you happy today?

Those are nice & plump. And surprisingly light colored too. We’re they baked at 325 or 350*? How long?
12 minutes @ 375°F rotated and switched levels halfway through baking. Recipe called for baking them as balls and I thought they would flatten some but they didn't. If I bake them again I will smoosh them a bit with a spatula. They are delicious.

Next batch, though, I plan to use peanut butter rather than real butter. Oats and legumes combine to make a complete protein, so they will be healthier. And I will cut down on the sugar.
