Warm sunshine and blue sky.

We do not do valentine anymore for many years now. At first it feel a bit strange not to celebrate valentine day, but eventually it gone by without much noticed.

However, I do enjoy seeing decoration and seeing the young people enjoying this lover day or to me being so old, it is rather a commercial day.

Nevertheless, a day to celebrate is a good day.

Found out on Tuesday that I can eat gluten again! My hives are not caused by a food allergy but an environmental one. Now, to wait for all the test results to come back, to see WHAT is causing them

How did you find out? What kind of test, and where did you get it?

It wasn't a test specifically for gluten. I went to an allergist to determine why I have been getting hives for years. The doctor told me that chronic hives are not caused by food allergies, but caused by an environmental allergy. Or a symptom of something else
